Album artwork for Cobweb, Moth and Mustardseed
Please note that the singing tree and music trail are now closed until spring 2014.
Take a musical journey through the Woodland Walk and enjoy Cobweb, Moth and Mustardseed; a piece of music that was specially commissioned by renowned violinist and composer, Peter Knight. Headphones are available from the ticket office for a small deposit (refundable at the end of your visit).
Find out more about Peter Knight, folk legend of Steeleye Span and founder of Gigspanner at his official website. Cobweb, Moth and Mustardseed is also available on CD at the Shakespeare Houses & Gardens.
Give the Greenwood 'Singing Tree' a hug and it will create a soundscape of music and verse. Powered by Raspberry Pi and a hug, the 'Singing Tree' responds to your movement and touch. This project has been made possible thanks to funding from the Happy Museum Project.
