There's plenty for children and families to do at Mary Arden's Farm.
Take the circular woodpecker nature trail through beautiful countryside that remains largely unchanged since Shakespeare's day. Let the kids work off their energy as they freely explore the fields and willow tunnels around the farm, making friends with our rare breeds along the way.
Bring a picnic or enjoy home-made refreshments at Mary Arden's cafe.
Mary Arden’s Farm Playground
Featuring beautifully crafted wooden farm animals, a tower and slide, swings and a small obstacle course, there is lots of fun to be had for children aged 2-10 years.
Mums and Dads can relax on the log benches and picnic tables while the children play. All children must be supervised whilst playing in the playground.
Plus Look out for upcoming events at Mary Arden’s Farm, as well as daily tasks carried out by the Tudors.
Try your hand at washing, wool crafts and Tudor dancing, and watch demonstrations of Tudor cooking and brewing.
Don’t forget your take home activity sheets and themed have a go activities linked to each specific event held at the farm throughout the year.
