Here at the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust we’re always looking for ways to become a little greener.
As part of an ongoing effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we recently reviewed the fleet of vehicles that is used in various departments across the Trust and spotted an opportunity. After lots of research and careful consideration we are very pleased to have acquired a fantastic new all-electric Hospitality/Catering van.
We are very proud of our new van and feel privileged to be able to travel between Shakespeare’s family homes around Stratford-upon-Avon and out to Mary Arden’s Farm and Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, safe in the knowledge that our new van emits zero emissions.
