Artur Cichowski, our assistant Chef at Mary Arden’s Farm, agreed to present a cookery demonstration at the recent Home & Garden Show held in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Artur demonstrated a Tudor dish we regularly serve as a special at the farm cafe, “Mutton pears” with “Frumenty.” Both of these dishes also feature in our brand new Tudor cook book, now on sale in our gift shops.
The chef presenter was fascinated with the Tudor dish and ingredients and it was great to see such enthusiasm for our traditional recipes!
