Join us in 2025 for one or more of our study days to discover the wide variety of female characters who breathe life into Shakespeare's comedies, tragedies and histories.
- 10 September - Shakespeare's Women : Comedy
- 8 October - Shakespeare's Women : Tragedy
- 6 November - Shakespeare's Women : History
- Learn about the literary and historical sources, as well as the dramatic influences that helped shape Shakespeare's female characters.
- Explore how Shakespeare challenged his boy actors to create memorable women.
- Discuss ways to get the most of out of speaking Shakespeare's women's words out loud.
- Discover how Shakespeare's women have been presented on stage and share memories of different productions.
