New for 2025 - Residents will have the opportunity to explore the life, works and times of William Shakespeare for free with the introduction of a new Residents Go Free Ticket to the Shakespeare family homes.

The scheme will go live in February 2025, once the conservation period at both Shakespeare’s Birthplace and Anne Hathaway’s Cottage have been completed, with residents having the option of pre-ordering a day pass online or joining the queue at admissions at any of the properties.
To take advantage of the offer residents must show any of the following forms of I.D that prove their residency in the CV37 postcode:
- Any utility bill (on email or hard copy)
- A passport or driver's license
Where possible, each individual visitor should provide proof of residence, for families with young children we will accept ID from the parents.
