Volunteer Taster Sessions

Are you interested in volunteering, but not sure if it is right for you?

This is your chance to try something with no strings attached, as we are offering 1-hour volunteering ‘taster sessions’ at Shakespeare’s Birthplace.

You will have the chance to:

• Meet our friendly volunteers and staff
• Get a feel for the “day to day” life at a busy museum and heritage property
• Shadow our knowledgeable team, learning how to interact with visitors in the rooms and gardens of the Birthplace
• Plus: You get the chance to ask any burning questions you have about Shakespeare’s life, works and times

Spaces are limited, so please book your free slot early to avoid disappointment.

We will ask for an email address and phone number so that we can contact you after the session to find out how your experience was, but unless otherwise agreed to, we will not hold your data for marketing purposes.

This opportunity is for those aged 18 and over only. We do have other opportunities for work experience on our website.
